چکیده
The core objective of the present research is to investigate life cycle-based en-vironmental analysis a CI engine powered with diesel (DF), (90%) and etha-nol (10%) (E10), methanol (M10) blends. data gathered when runs at constant speed 1800 rpm, varying loads from 2.5 Nm 10 gaps Nm. In results, higher CO2 emissions are recorded fed by E10 M10 test fuels due worsening performance high-oxygen content relevant alcohols. Cumu-latively, emission 17.37% for 24.76% fuel in comparison that DF. Given cycle analysis, it noticed DF has respectable advantages. conventional DF, based total environmental pollution cost calculated be high-er 4.13% 8.61%, respectively. highest specific environ-mental values 0.1371 $/kWh, 0.1444 0.1607 $/kWh E10, environmen-tal payback achieved 22.62 years 23.83 26.52 conclusion, well-noticed biofuels cannot compete terms economical CO2-based issues today’s technology.

The Analysis of Wheel Loader Diesel Engine Crankshaft Failure
The main purpose of this study is to review the cause for the crankshaft failure of six-cylinder diesel engine of a wheel loader after passing a short period of time. The failure had occurred after 4800 hours of in-service in the fifth crankpin of the crankshaft. Hardness and tensile tests were carried out to study their mechanical properties. Spectrophotometer machine was used to examine the c...
متن کاملPerformance and Emission Characteristics of a Diesel Engine with Cottonseed Oil Plus Diesel Oil Blends
aIn the present study a 4-stroke 5hp diesel engine was tested with Diesel oil plus cottonseed oil blends. The blends in different proportions (10 to 50 percent by volume) were tested at constant speed of 1500 rpm. The said engine is operated at different loads and characteristics like Brake power, Brake thermal efficiency, specific fuel consumption etc. Engine performance for blends resulted in...
متن کاملPerformance and Emissions of a Tractor engine operating on biodiesel-diesel blends with EGR
The influences of different diesel/biodiesel blends and EGR rate on brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC), exhaust gas temperature, NO, HC, CO emissions, are studied and demonstrated. In this paper a four stroke direct injection, water cooled, diesel engine was used. Biodiesel either in neat form or as a blend with diesel fuel is extensively investigated to solve the twin problem of reduction ...
متن کاملEmission Characteristics of a Diesel Engine fueled with Diesel-biodiesel-JP-4 Blends
The main objective of this research is to study the effects of JP-4-biodiesel-diesel fuel blends and operating parameters on the emission characteristics of a CI engine. The experimental tests were performed on a four-cylinder DI diesel engine. The Mixture-RSM method was used to develop mathematical models based on experimental data. The results showed that with the increase of the biodiesel pr...
